Turnaround, Shipping & Returns
Our turnaround time is 5 business days, excluding holiday periods. Some items listed on our website are Pre-order items. Please read the item description carefully to ascertain whether this may affect turn around time. Feel free to email us if you are unsure.
We are able to accommodate faster turnaround times in some instances, if this is arranged at the time of placing your order.
All garments, Domestically & Internationally, are sent via Registered Post, with tracking. Once your garments have been sent, you will be emailed a tracking number via email - so you can stalk your postie!
Shipping is $9.45 for a small satchel (under 500gms) and $12.90 for a medium satchel 0.51kg-3.kg) and will include a tracking number.
Shipping within Australia will take approximately 3 - 10 business days. We are based in Perth, AU. Please add an additional 2-3 business days to Australia Post turnaround times over the busy Christmas period (November-December)
Yes, we ship internationally! Due to popular demand, International shipping is now $USD9.50 flatrate and FREE International Shipping applies on orders over $USD120 which includes a tracking number. For international wholesale orders or, international orders exceeding 6 items, please email us for alternate shipping information.
Shipping Internationally will take approximately 7-15 business days.
We unfortunately do not offer refunds for change of mind. If however, you ordered the wrong size, we will happily replace your garment in an alternate size. Please consult size chart prior to placing your order. Postage costs associated with returns are at the expense of the customer.
Some of our garments are made-to-order. This means remaking your handmade garment will take approximately 7-10 business days from the time the garment is received back at Poppy Harper HQ. The garment must be returned unworn, not damaged and within 14 days of purchase. Garments should be returned via Registered Post, with tracking, and include a return self-addressed Registered Post satchel.
If you have any issues with sizing, please contact us via email prior to returning your garments to confirm fabric is still available. If in the event fabric is no longer available, you will be issued with a full refund on return of your unworn, undamaged garment.
All garments are inspected thoroughly prior to dispatch. If in the rare event your garment is faulty, we will happily repair your garment free of charge. If your garment is unable to be repaired, we will replace your garment like for like, unless the fabric is no longer available, in which case a full refund will be provided.
On occasion, orders may be cancelled at the discretion of Poppy Harper The Label. If in the event the customer is at fault, for example, but not limited to, failure to read an item description, the customer will incur a restocking fee. This will vary from 5%-9% of the refunded amount, pending payment method used. If an order is cancelled due to stock discrepancies, Poppy Harper The Label will absorb the restocking fee.
